Where to find the Assistant Manager in Grounded
In order to find the Assistant Manager Keycard, the first step is to find the Assistant Manager! This is a boss that you will have to fight, but don’t worry! I’ll walk you through that too.
To find the Assistant Manager in Grounded, you need to head to the Observation Chamber. This can be found in the Black Anthill Lab. When trying to find the Observation Chamber, you’ll find that there is a window that blocks your path. You’ll have to unlock the window. In the room where the window is, look around for a button. It should be right by a cliff edge. Pushing this button produces a crack in the window. The crack won’t allow for you to pass, so you’ll have to use a bomb on the crack to create a hole big enough to squeeze through. Now, you’re on your way to getting that Assistant Manager Keycard in Grounded.

How to Defeat the Assistant Manager in Grounded
Once you make it into the Observation Chamber, you’ll have to use the Console there. However, keep in mind that once you start the fight, you won’t be able to leave until it is completed.
The fight will the Assistant Manager will occur in 3 phases. During each Phase, he will summon other enemies to fight along with him. The best way to defeat the Assistant Manager is to focus on keeping your health and stamina up at all times. Try to use weapons that deal smashing damage and are light and move quick! Aside from fighting the boss, make Sur eyou try to keep his minions under control and defeat them as he summons them. Lightening the work load will make for an easier success.
