This season, Gizelle accused Chris of making her uncomfortable, while they were speaking in her hotel room at the reunion last year. Gizelle clarified that the door was open, and said that Chris did not make any advances towards her. However, she felt that the setting was inappropriate. Once Gizelle brought her experience with Chris to Candiace, it caused Candiace to break the fourth wall. She confronted production for allowing Gizelle to make the trivial encounter into a storyline. Candiace countered Gizelle’s claim, stating that she recently saw Chris (and gave him a hug) at Karen Huger’s event. Fans on Twitter found themselves agreeing with Candiace, and accused Gizelle of going too far to stir up drama on the series.”
