Hogwarts Legacy is the game all Harry Potter fans, mostly known as Potterheads, wanted for many years. You get to explore Hogwarts, attend classes, learn new spells, and discover the hidden secret and mysteries of Hogwarts and the Wizarding World. As you progress through the game, you will form friendships and bonds with other students. But if you wonder whether will there be romance in Hogwarts Legacy, then you’ve come to the right place.
Will There Be Romance in Hogwarts Legacy?
Hogwarts Legacy was originally planned to be released in 2022, but it got delayed. While the waiting was hard for Harry Potter fans, we are only a few weeks away from the game being released.
Recently, some previews of the were also published that overall stated that Hogwarts Legacy is a worthy game set in the Wizarding World. The game is filled with more than 100 sidequests, and each has a direct impact on the main events of the game.
Still, we are nothing but 15-year-old exchange students in Hogwarts, which means we will spend a lot of time with other students. After a while, we will form bonds with them and become friends that would aid us in future adventures.
So you might wonder if there will be any romance in the game. This question mostly rises from the fact that romance was much more sensible and had more impact on the lives of Harry Potter characters in the fifth book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
At the time of writing this article, it is not yet confirmed by the studio behind Hogwarts Legacy whether the game will feature romance or not. We may not see romance in the game because it will make the game much more complicated, and also putting all those things will be difficult to adjust for the pacing of the game as well.
Can You Torture and Kill in Hogwarts Legacy?
Still, romance is a big part of all teenagers, and not seeing some sort of romance in the game, might be less authentic. So for now, we have to wait to either play the game to see for ourselves or the studio behind the game officially confirm whether a romance will be in Hogwarts Legacy.
Hogwarts Leagcy will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 10, for PS4 and Xbox One on April 4, and for Nintendo Switch on July 25.
