Bethesda recently announced that Wolfenstein: The New Order would arrive later this year, as a re-imagining of the popular Wolfenstein franchise. Slated to release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and next-gen systems, Wolfenstein: The New Order is in development at MachineGames.
Sticking with tradition, Wolfenstein: The New Order will be a first person shooter. The New Order is set in an alternate universe in the 1960’s, using id Software’s id Tech 5 game engine.
