Many good things happen on a yearly basis, like birthdays and holidays. Such yearly occasions happen in the world of gaming as well. For example, fans of the World Rally Championship games can look forward to a new entry releasing like clockwork. It’s been nearly a year since the launch of WRC 10, and Kylotonn is gearing up to launch the next entry in their racing game series. NACON announced WRC Generations in a press release earlier today. The new WRC game is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, and PS5 on October 13th. Obviously, there’s a bit of a wait between now and then, so let’s take a look at today’s announcement to see what we can expect when WRC Generations launches.

According to today’s press release, WRC Generations will be an authentic experience.

Real World Rally Championship drivers and cars will certainly add to the experience, and NACON says the players have also had a hand in making this entry more enjoyable.

WRC Generations Will Include New Content and Features from Earlier Games

In terms of actual content, WRC Generations has multiple game modes. Like previous WRC titles, there’s a Career Mode where players can build their own teams. Then there’s League Mode, which features leaderboards and challenges against others in the community. Whether you prefer playing alone or with others, it sounds like there will be plenty to do. The game features 37 cars in total, as well as a variety of old and new locations.

The newest WRC game races onto Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, and PS5 on October 13th. PC and Nintendo Switch releases are coming at a later date.
