As he spoke with Vanity Fair, he also claims that the episode is the peak of “crazy” for The Boys.  “There will be no topping ‘Herogasm’. Now that I’ve seen the dailies of this thing, I’m like, what have we done? It’s just so crazy.” This is not the first time Kripke has hyped an episode of The Boys like this, and knowing him the episode deserves all the hype and warnings. At the same time as his excitement, Kripke says that he feels like there is an obligation not to go overboard with The Boys season 3.

Of course, this isn’t the first time The Boys has seen graphic violence and other situations. Its TV-MA rating (along with its many Emmy nominations) is well deserved. But knowing all of these, fans will just have to wait and see how The Boys season 3 treats this crazy (and graphic) storyline.
