Even though we are a little bit into the new year, we don’t yet know what wave 1 addition will be coming to the Xbox Game Pass, although it has continued to add some games for early 2023, like today, including Mortal Shell. Usually, Xbox Game Pass announcements don’t necessarily have a set pattern for when they will confirm things, but it seems to usually be a Tuesday of the week. However, a couple of times, they have been on a Thursday.
The Confirmed Games For Xbox Game Pass – January 2023
There was no official announcement today about Xbox Games being added, and it is actually not the only time this happened, either. A couple of days ago, Stranded Deep was added to Xbox Game Pass without any announcement. This is a survival game where players will be trapped alone in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Besides the fact of it not being announced, it’s also surprising that Mortal Shell is back on Game Pass today after having left in November 2022. However, this could be good news for games that have left Game Pass in the passed.
Xbox Game Pass is proceeding on but hasn’t given any announcement to fans, so they know what is in store for them. Hopefully, we will hear something soon from Xbox, though. For now, we know five games are leaving on January 15th…Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition, Nobody Saves The World, Pupperazi, the Anacrusis, and Windjammers 2. A few games that were announced previously last year will come this month: Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden on January 19th, Monster Hunter Rise on January 20th, and Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition and Inkulinati on January 31st. There will be more, but so far, nothing has been announced officially yet. Game Pass is a subscription that allows players to have access to a limited library of games.
