Upping the ante on the bezel-less game, Xiaomi yesterday announced the successor to the Mi Mix 2S. The Mi Mix 3 uses a sliding mechanism which veils the selfie camera and allows for a larger screen-to-body ratio compared to the predecessor.

The Mi Mix 3 has a surprising camera performance and we already saw DxOMark hailing its capabilities in their well-timed camera review. It scores on par with the Galaxy Note 9 and has been called almost as good as the iPhone XS. Complementing the dual camera setup on the rear are dual cameras on the front, which are backed by Xiaomi’s AI algorithms for beautification and bokeh.

Mi Mix 3 Price and Availability

Xiaomi has announced three variants of the Mix 3 besides the special edition and available options start with a pricing of 3,299 yuan (~Rs 35,000). This is for the 6GB+128GB model while the 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants have been priced at 3,599 yaun (~Rs 38,000) and 3,999 yuan (~Rs 42,000).
